WHAT IS HUMAN SUPREMACISM?

Human supremacism is the belief that humans are more important than other animals and that this gives us the right to exploit them and the planet as we wish.

WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF HUMAN SUPREMACISM?

An estimated 70 billion land animals -mostly cows, pigs, chickens and turkeys- and 2.7 trillion marine animals are unnecessarily killed every year. This also has a catastrophic effect on the environment and wildlife, on top of the suffering caused to these innocent sentient beings

  • Cows
  • Sheep
  • Dead pigs
  • Fish
  • Chickens
  • Turkeys
  • Baby male chicks
  • Pigs

WHAT WOULD THEY SAY IF THEY COULD SPEAK?

Animals can't speak for themselves, so animal rights activists act as a voice for them.
PLEASE LISTEN TO THEM.

ASK YOURSELF:

Do I think animal abuse is OK?

YES / NO

ASK YOURSELF:

Would I be OK with being imprisoned, exploited, and killed?

YES / NO

ASK YOURSELF:

Is there a way to imprison, exploit, and kill someone in a way that is not abusive?

YES / NO

ASK YOURSELF:

Is eating animals necessary? (hint: science says ‘no’)

YES / NO

ASK YOURSELF:

Is there any difference between killing a dog or a dolphin for pleasure (like taste), and killing a pig, cow, or chicken?

YES / NO

ASK YOURSELF:

We exploit animals for habit, convenience, and
pleasure. Would these justify injustices
or forms of oppression like child abuse, racism, or sexism?

YES / NO

DID YOU ANSWER "NO"?

Then your morals and heart are already vegan

You just have to align your actions with your own ethics

HOW TO OVERCOME HUMAN SUPREMACISM?

We've all been raised in a carnist society with beliefs based on lies. So the first thing we need to do is undo this brainwash, by educating ourselves.
These documentaries will give you a good understanding of why you don't need to kill animals to be healthy, how horrible it is for them, and how destructive it is for the environment and wildlife

WHAT CAN I DO AS AN INDIVIDUAL?

Every time that you eat, you have a choice : you can cause animals to suffer and die unnecessarily, or you can choose respect and justice instead. You can be part of the problem or part of the solution.

Being vegan is not "extremist" or "too much to ask", it's the LEAST we can do. It's a non-action : not killing. It also happens to be easy, way more sustainable, can be healthier and cheaper, and it feels great. But the important part is: it's the right thing to do. Because anything less than veganism is always animal abuse fueled by human supremacism.

The world is changing. Same as we abolished human slavery, we will abolish animal slavery.
